Join us as we will show you what is known as one of the engineering wonders of the world, Hoover Dam. When completed in 1935, it was both the world’s largest electric power producing facility and the world’s largest concrete structure. Enjoy an incredible view of the entire Hoover Dam complex once you drive over the Dam and climb to the spectacular Arizona lookout. Enjoy a spectacular view of the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge opened in 2010 and stretching nearly 2,000 feet in length. The bridge was the first concrete-steel composite arch bridge built in the United States, and it incorporates the widest concrete arch in the Western Hemisphere. At 840 feet (260 m) above the Colorado River, it is the second-highest bridge in the United States, following the Royal Gorge Bridge. It is also the world’s highest concrete arch bridge. Your tour guide will brief you prior to the tour on highlights of the Hoover Dam to include key points. The tour includes passage to the Visitors Center and to the Power Plant. Unlimited bottles of water are included
