Check-In Policy: All customers must be checked in 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding, and absolutely NO refunds will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers are aware of this policy, as Maverick Helicopters will not delay flights for late check-ins.

Identification Requirements: All passengers aged 18 and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or a valid passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification will not be accepted. 


Know Before you go:

  • Passengers weighing over 300 pounds (136 kilograms) must purchase an additional seat
  • All passengers aged 18 and older must show a photo ID at check-in
  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the flight time will not be eligible for a refund
