Airport Pick-Up Information:
Airport Transfers From Calgary Airport Is By Hotel Shuttle To The Hotel. Drop Off From Calgary Hotel Will Be Via Hotel Shuttle. If The Shuttle Is Not Operating, Passengers Will Have To Pay Cab Fare On Own.Day 1: Calgary Arrival
Transfer from airport to hotel by shuttle. Please make sure provide flight and contact details one week prior. Check into the hotel (Check-in time is 3 PM). Early Check-in is subject to Hotel policy. Please note that the hotel may take your Credit card at the time of check-in towards Incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the guests check out and if no charges are incurred. It's Highly recommended at checkout to check with the front desk regarding the hold amount. Meet and greet the tour manager at 6 pm in the lobby. Please note that if your flight is coming in late, you will miss the itinerary scheduled for today. There will not be any refunds. Tour Introduction and briefing followed by dinner at your leisure at a local restaurant, with plenty of nearby dining options to choose from. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Calgary > Jasper
Set out today on a spectacular journey into the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Depart Calgary and travel north through rolling foothills that gradually give way to dramatic mountain scenery. The route takes you through Banff National Park, Canada’s first national park, offering breathtaking views of towering peaks, alpine forests, and pristine wilderness. Keep your camera ready — wildlife sightings are common along this corridor, including elk, moose, mountain goats, and occasionally bears.
Arrive in Hinton, a charming mountain town near Jasper National Park. Enjoy dinner at your leisure at a local restaurant before settling in for the night.

Day 3: Jasper > Banff
Today features one of the most iconic scenic drives in North America — the legendary Icefields Parkway (Highway 93).
Travel alongside glaciers, turquoise lakes, and rugged mountain peaks as you journey south toward Banff. Stop for photos at the powerful Athabasca Falls, where rushing glacial waters carve through a dramatic canyon.
Arrive at the Glacier Discovery Centre for a truly unforgettable experience. Board the iconic Ice Explorer, a massive all-terrain vehicle, and venture onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier, where you’ll have the opportunity to walk on ice thousands of years old. Continue to the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform suspended 280 meters (919 ft) above the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
If time permits, stop at Peyto Lake, famous for its striking turquoise color and distinctive wolf-head shape — one of the Rockies’ most photographed lakes.
Continue to Banff National Park and enjoy free time to explore the charming town of Banff at your own pace, browsing its boutiques, cafés, and scenic streets. Later, proceed to Canmore for check-in and overnight stay. Dinner is at your leisure at a local restaurant.

Begin the day with a scenic drive to Lake Louise, one of the most iconic and photographed destinations in the Canadian Rockies. Admire its brilliant turquoise waters, framed by towering peaks and overlooked by the elegant Fairmont Château Lake Louise.
Continue into Yoho National Park, whose name — meaning “awe” — perfectly reflects its dramatic landscapes. The park is renowned for towering rock walls, powerful waterfalls, and peaks rising over 3,000 meters.
Enjoy time at Emerald Lake, known for its vivid color and stunning mountain reflections, followed by a stop at the Natural Bridge, where the Kicking Horse River has carved a remarkable stone formation through solid rock. If time allows, make a brief stop at Bow Falls, a wide, scenic waterfall near Banff that offers excellent photo opportunities. Return to Canmore in the evening. Enjoy dinner at your leisure and overnight stay.

Day 5: Banff > Calgary
After breakfast Hotel drive to Calgary. visit the Banff Gondola Ride. This is a Gondola Ride to the top of the Sulphur Mountain to experience the bird's eye view of the six-mountain range. Lake Minnewanka. Drive through the town for an orientation tour of Calgary city.

Tour Notes:
- Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
- A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that may occur at the hotel.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
- Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
- We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
- The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
- We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transaction.
- The passengers are liable to pay for any damage caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying at, on the coach, or at the restaurants and attractions. We will collect the amount before the end of the tour.
- We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
- Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
- The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 8 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
- Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents
- Traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
- A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on Double Occupancy and $100 per person will be added to Single Occupancy for all bookings that are confirmed within ten days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels are sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.
- In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
- Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
