Arrival at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), the gateway to one of America’s most iconic national park regions.

• There is no group or individual transfer provided on arrival. After collecting luggage, guests must contact the hotel directly to request the complimentary hotel shuttle, operating daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

• In emergencies, guests can call our operations team to get help regarding shuttles. This applies to all international and domestic arrivals.

Day 2 – Bozeman → West Yellowstone / Island Park

• Breakfast at your accommodation in Island Park or West Yellowstone. Enter Yellowstone National Park via the West Entrance, where a local guide will accompany the group and lead the sightseeing, covering the main highlights of the park.
• Visit Old Faithful.

• Stop at Grand Prismatic Spring. Explore the Excelsior Geyser Basin.Lunch on your own inside the park — the guide will assist in selecting a suitable lunch location.
• Visit Fountain Paint Pots. Return to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

• Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
• Check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5 – Salt Lake City → Cedar City

• Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out.
• Depart for Bryce Canyon National Park (approximately 4 hours 30 minutes’ drive).
• Meet your local guide at the park for a scenic tour.
• Visit famous viewpoints, including:
• Sunrise Point
• Inspiration Point
• Bryce Point
• Optional short hike: Navajo Loop or Queen’s Garden Trail.
• Lunch on your own — the guide will assist with dining recommendations in or near the park.

Guests are advised to book flights departing after 4:00 PM to allow sufficient time for the drive and airport check-in.

• Coach Breakdowns  If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)  While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
