Day 1 – Arrival in Las Vegas

Hotel: Paris Las Vegas (or similar), centrally located in the heart of the Strip

Arrival:

• Upon arrival in Las Vegas, reach your hotel
• Check in to your hotel (4.00PM) and settle in.

Evening:

• Welcome to Las Vegas—the sparkling heart of entertainment and nightlife. As evening falls, immerse yourself in the city’s electric atmosphere, from iconic casinos and dazzling shows to exceptional dining and nonstop excitement. Feel the unmatched energy that makes this destination one of a kind.

Overnight: Las Vegas

Day 2 – Las Vegas (Optional Grand Canyon)

Hotel: Paris Las Vegas (or similar)

Morning:

• Enjoy a packed breakfast before setting out for an optional excursion to the Grand Canyon, or enjoy a free day.

Evening:

• Enjoy a guided Las Vegas tour featuring the Las Vegas Strip and the Fremont Street Experience, with its dazzling lights, iconic resorts, and famous LED canopy.

Overnight: Las Vegas

Day 3 – Las Vegas → Los Angeles

Hotel: Hilton Glendale (or similar)

Morning:

• En route to Los Angeles, with a stop at Ontario Mills Mall for outlet shopping.

Afternoon:

• Guided city tour of Los Angeles: Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, Rodeo Drive, and photo stop with the Hollywood Sign.

Overnight: Los Angeles

Day 4 – Los Angeles →  San Luis Obispo

Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott San Luis Obispo (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast 

Morning:

• Begin the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
• Spend the morning at Universal Studios Hollywood (optional), where thrilling theme park rides meet real film production sets. Enjoy behind-the-scenes experiences, live shows, and immersive attractions that bring movie magic to life or you can explore Los Angeles  on your own
• Free day to explore  If you have not taken the universal option, you can be dropped off at the Ovation mall in Hollywood which is a shopping center and entertainment complex near Universal Studios. You will be picked up at Ovation Mall around 3.45 PM. 

Afternoon:

• Depart Los Angeles and continue through California's scenic landscapes toward San Luis Obispo.

Overnight: San Luis Obispo

Day 5 – San Luis Obispo → Monterey Bay → 17-Mile Drive  → San Francisco

Hotel: San Francisco Marriott Marquis (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast 

Morning:

• Travel to Monterey Bay with a stop at Cannery Row.

Afternoon:

• Experience the famous 17-Mile Drive, a scenic coastal loop of approximately 2 hours, including time for stops, photos, and enjoying highlights such as Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Bird Rock, Ghost Tree, and the Lone Cypress, before continuing toward San Francisco.

Overnight: San Francisco 

Day 6 – San Francisco

Hotel: San Francisco Marriott Marquis (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast 

Morning & Afternoon:

• Begin with a delicious breakfast before setting out on a full day of sightseeing in San Francisco.
• Guided City Tour: Visit Twin Peaks for breathtaking views, explore historic neighborhoods, and see many of the city’s most beloved landmarks.
• Enjoy the city on your own / Optional: San Francisco Bay Cruise, The Flyer 3D Experience, and a Cable Car ride are available at additional cost.

Overnight: San Francisco

Day 7 – Departure from San Francisco

Enjoy your final breakfast, check out, and transfer to San Francisco International Airport for your return flight.

Important Flight Information

• Your flight should arrive in Las Vegas (Wednesday) and depart from San Francisco (Tuesday).
• Airport transfers can be provided with an additional cost.
• Hotel check-in in Las Vegas is at 4:00 p.m. (Wednesday); check-out in San Francisco is at 11:00 a.m. (Tuesday).
• Flights (international or domestic) are not included in this package.

• One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space).

• U.S. hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
• Water bottles/kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
• Seating on the coach is first-come, first-served.
• For groups under 15 passengers, a driver will act as the tour leader, and meals may be plated instead of buffet.

• Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions For safety or operational reasons—including weather and traffic—the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
• Optional Excursions Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through ourselves. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We will assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
• Coach Breakdowns  If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)  While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
