Day 1 – Arrival in Las Vegas

Hotel: Paris Las Vegas (or similar), centrally located in the heart of the Strip

Arrival:

• Upon arrival in Las Vegas, proceed to the baggage claim area and call the driver using the contact number provided on your voucher. The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up.
• Check in to your hotel and settle in.

Evening:

• Optional dinner at a local restaurant.
• Visit The Sphere (optional), an immersive, state-of-the-art entertainment venue that combines breathtaking visuals, cutting-edge sound, and a multi-sensory experience or explore strip on your own.

Overnight: Las Vegas

Day 2 – Las Vegas (Optional Grand Canyon)

Hotel: Paris Las Vegas (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast, Optional Dinner

Morning:

• Optional: Venture out on a Grand Canyon West Rim excursion, with Skywalk, helicopter, and boat experiences available at an additional cost.
• Prefer to stay in the city? Enjoy a free day in Las Vegas for shopping and sightseeing at your own pace.

Evening:

• Enjoy a guided Las Vegas Tour, featuring the iconic Las Vegas Strip and Fremont Street Experience, known for its LED canopy and lights.

Day 3 – Las Vegas → Los Angeles

Hotel: Hilton Glendale (or similar)

Morning:

• Depart for Los Angeles, with a stop at Ontario Mills Mall for outlet shopping along the way.

Afternoon:

• Guided city tour of Los Angeles: Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, Rodeo Drive, and photo stop with the Hollywood Sign.

Evening:

• Optional dinner before checking into your hotel.

Overnight: Glendale

Day 4 – Los Angeles → San Luis Obispo

Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott San Luis Obispo (or similar)

Morning:

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then spend the morning at Universal Studios Hollywood, with rides, live shows, and behind-the-scenes attractions.

Afternoon:

• Depart Los Angeles and travel along California's coastal landscapes toward San Luis Obispo.

Evening:

• Optional dinner before checking into your hotel.

Overnight: San Luis Obispo

Day 5 – San Luis Obispo → Monterey Bay → 17-Mile Drive  → San Francisco

Hotel: San Francisco Marriott Marquis (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast; optional dinner

Morning:

• Travel toward Monterey Bay, with a stop at historic Cannery Row.

Afternoon:

• Experience the famous 17-Mile Drive, a scenic coastal loop of approximately 2 hours, including time for stops, photos, and enjoying highlights such as Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Bird Rock, Ghost Tree, and the Lone Cypress, before continuing toward San Francisco.

Evening:

• Optional dinner before hotel check-in.

Overnight: San Francisco 

Day 6 – San Francisco

Hotel: San Francisco Marriott Marquis (or similar)

Meals: Breakfast; optional dinner

Morning & Afternoon:

• Enjoy a guided San Francisco City Tour, including the Cable Car, historic neighborhoods, Lombard Street, and Twin Peaks.
• Enjoy a San Francisco Bay Cruise and The Flyer – Thrill Zone, followed by time at Pier 39, where you may see the famous sea lions.

• Enjoy free time to explore Fisherman’s Wharf at your own pace.

Day 7 – Departure from San Francisco

Enjoy your final breakfast, check out, and transfer to San Francisco International Airport for your return flight.

• Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions For safety or operational reasons—including weather and traffic—the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
• Optional Excursions Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through ourselves. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We will assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
• Coach Breakdowns  If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)  While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
• Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
