    Day 1: Vancouver Arrival

    Arrive in Vancouver and check in to your hotel (standard check-in: 3:00 PM). Please note that a credit card hold may be required at check-in for incidentals and released after check-out if no additional charges apply.

    Meet & Greet: Meet your Tour Manager at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby for a welcome briefing. (Guests arriving late may miss scheduled activities.)

    Day 2: Vancouver Day Trip To Whistler

    Meals: Breakfast

    After breakfast, depart Vancouver for a scenic drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway toward Whistler. En route, stop for photos at Shannon Falls, one of British Columbia’s most impressive waterfalls.

    Continue to Whistler Village, a world-renowned alpine resort nestled beneath Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Enjoy free time to explore the pedestrian-only village, browse shops, cafés, and local attractions.

    Experience the spectacular Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride, offering breathtaking panoramic views of glaciers, alpine forests, and surrounding peaks.

    Day 4: Kamloops > Jasper

    Meals: Breakfast

    Depart Sun Peaks after breakfast and travel along the Yellowhead Highway, crossing river valleys and mountain terrain.

    In the Afternoon, Stop for photos at Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Continue into Jasper National Park, surrounded by pristine wilderness and alpine scenery.

    Day 5: Jasper > Banff

    Meals: Breakfast

    Depart Jasper and travel along the legendary Icefields Parkway, considered one of the most scenic highways in the world.

    • Columbia Icefield Adventure, riding the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier
    • Glacier Skywalk

    Day 6: Banff > Lake Louise > Yoho National Park

    Day 8: Flight from Calgary to Toronto

    After breakfast, check out of the hotel.

    The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Calgary Airport (operating between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM). Please confirm shuttle timings with the bell desk. For early flights outside shuttle hours, guests will need to arrange a taxi at their own expense. Packed breakfasts are not available for early departures. Fly to Toronto. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel using the hotel shuttle.

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

    Meet your Tour Manager at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby.

    Day 9: Day Trip To Niagara Falls

    Depart Toronto for Niagara Falls, traveling through the scenic Niagara Peninsula. En route, visit Niagara-on-the-Lake and stop at a local winery.

    After breakfast, enjoy a late start to the day. Travel to Niagara Falls and spend approximately one hour of free time at the Falls, allowing time to explore, take photos, or enjoy the surroundings at your own pace.

    The Tour Leader will advise the group on the exact departure time from Niagara Falls back to Toronto.

    Lunch is on your own; the guide will be happy to recommend options.

    In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Toronto, led by professional local guides. The tour introduces the city’s key highlights, historical landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, and scenic waterfront areas.

    Enjoy dinner at your leisure at a local restaurant; After dinner, return to the hotel.

    Day 11: Ottawa 

    Meals: Breakfast

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart Toronto. En route, stop for a visit to The Big Apple, a well-known roadside attraction featuring a bakery, country store, counter-serve dining, mini-golf, and kiddie train rides. Enjoy time to explore and stretch before continuing the journey.

    Continue to Rockport to board a scenic 1000 Islands Cruise, offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, historic castles, charming islands, and legendary waterfront estates. Experience the beauty and history of this iconic region as you glide through its scenic waterways.

    Lunch will be on your own following the cruise. After lunch, drive to Ottawa, Canada’s capital city.

    Upon arrival, enjoy a guided city tour of Ottawa, exploring key landmarks and gaining insight into the city’s political significance, architecture, and rich history.

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart Ottawa for Montréal (approximately 3 hours’ drive).

    En route, make a brief stop to visit the Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, one of Canada’s most iconic churches. Admire its spectacular altar, intricate wood carvings, stunning stained-glass windows, grand pipe organ, and multiple ornate side chapels.

    Continue to Montréal and enjoy a guided city tour, led by professional local guides. Discover the city’s rich history, cultural landmarks, and scenic viewpoints while exploring one of the world’s largest French-speaking cities, renowned for its museums, vibrant culinary scene, and lively shopping districts.

    Day 13: Quebec City Day Trip

    After breakfast, depart Montréal and drive toward Québec City (approximately 3 hours).

    En route, stop to visit Montmorency Falls (Chute Montmorency), a spectacular waterfall on the Montmorency River, rising higher than Niagara Falls and offering impressive viewpoints and photo opportunities. Lunch will be on your own.

    After lunch, enjoy a guided city tour of Québec City, a historic city founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain along the banks of the Saint Lawrence River.

    Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its preserved Old Town, fortified walls, European charm, and rich blend of historical, cultural, and scenic attractions, complemented by an exceptional culinary tradition.

    After the tour, drive back to Montréal, where you can enjoy dinner at your leisure at a local restaurant

    Day 14: Montreal > Home

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel (standard check-out time: 11:00 AM).

    The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Guests are advised to confirm the shuttle schedule directly with the bell desk.

    Shuttle service operates between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

    For early departures when the shuttle service is not available, guests will need to arrange a taxi at their own expense.

    Please note that packed breakfast is not available for passengers departing on early flights.

    Our Majestic Canada tour packages include:

    • Tour will be conducted in a 55 seater/22 seater/15 seater/van/sedan based on the number of people signed for the tour (request you to check with us one week prior to the departure date to get information on the size of the vehicle).

    • Hotel Shuttle from Airport to hotel in Toronto.
    • Drop off by hotel shuttle in Montreal airport . If hotel shuttle is not operating passengers have to take cab on own .

    Tour Notes:


    • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
    • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
    • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
    • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
    • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
    • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
    • Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
    • We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
    • The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
    • We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
    • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valuable amount before the end of the tour.
    • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
    • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
    • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
    • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
    • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather, traffic conditions. and
    • Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
    • We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
    • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 8 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
    • Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
    • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
    • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
    • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
