Sunset Dinner Cruise, Kingston Boat Tours

Dine in the 1000 Islands. Join us on the Sunset Dinner Cruise for a spectacular evening on the water; it’s a floating restaurant where the scenery is always changing. Dine aboard the glass-topped Island Star, where you’ll be treated to a three-course dinner prepared fresh and served to your table. Join us for wine tastings on Wednesdays throughout July and August.

Cruise from downtown Kingston into the heart of the Admiralty Islands, home to the highest concentration of small cottage islands and picturesque channels in the 1000 Islands. The Heart of the Islands Cruise is the perfect way to explore the scenery that has made the region famous throughout the world.

Dinner in the 1000 Islands is scenic and entertaining; enjoy live music and live-hosted commentary about the region as you sail past cottage islands and grand estates. Relax inside with panoramic views, then head outside in the open-air to promenade on the top deck at dusk. A Sunset Dinner Cruise hits all the right notes! This cruise includes a delicious three-course dinner.

Enjoy an included tasting aboard your cruise every Wednesday, featuring three rotating wines with selections changing throughout July and August.

An assortment of sweet and savoury bites: cheese, veggies, dried and fresh fruits, spreads.

Appetizer - Harvest Salad

Arugula, radish, golden beets, green apple, goat cheese and dried cranberries. Dressed with a sweet onion vinaigrette.

Braised Short Rib  

Slowly braised beef short rib. Served with redskin mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable and a peppercorn demi-glace.

Chicken Supreme 

Roasted chicken breast and wing, with house-made rosemary cream sauce. Served with redskin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable.

Stuffed Pepper

A halved bell pepper stuffed with a black bean and wild rice medley. Garnished with caramelized onions and marinara. Served with roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetable in a carrot-butternut squash puree.

Red Snapper 

Fillet of Atlantic Red Snapper on a bed of our house-made lemon rice pilaf. Served with roasted green beans.

Stuffed Pepper  

A halved bell pepper stuffed with a black bean and wild rice medley. Garnished with caramelized onions and marinara. Served with roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetable in a carrot-butternut squash puree.
