This cruise includes a three-course plated brunch.

Crisp golden buttermilk waffles layered with strawberry mascarpone cream, drizzled in strawberry syrup, and finished with powdered sugar and fresh berries.

Garden Frittata

Baked egg frittata folded with seasonal vegetables, spinach, roasted garlic, cilantro and tomatoes. Garnished with creamy goat cheese, chives, and a pesto drizzle.

Tofu Shakshuka

Chickpeas and tofu simmered in a spiced tomato and bell pepper sauce. Served with vegan naan bread.
