    Day 1 – Arrival: New York City

    Arrival:

    • At baggage claim, call the driver using the transport vendor number given in the  voucher.
    • The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up.
    • Transfer to the hotel; check in (4:00 p.m.); early arrivals may store luggage with the bell desk.

    Evening:

    • 7.00 p.m.: Meet your tour escort in the hotel lobby.
    • 7:10 p.m.: Short walk to a nearby restaurant — Optional Dinner.
    • Enjoy Times Square at your own pace.

    Overnight:

    New York City 


    Day 2 – New York City Tour & Cruise

    • Guided NYC tour with drive-by/photo stops at 9/11 Memorial, United Nations HQ, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yards), and Brooklyn Bridge.

    • Visit Summit One Vanderbilt for panoramic views and immersive art installations.

    Evening:

    • Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions For safety or operational reasons—including weather and traffic—the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
    • Optional Excursions Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through ourselves. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We will assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
    • Coach Breakdowns  If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    • Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)  While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    • Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
