Day 1: Vancouver Arrival
Arrive at Vancouver International Airport before 4:00 PM and proceed to your hotel independently.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at your leisure and meet your tour guide for a welcome briefing and introduction.

Day 2: Vancouver Day Trip To Whistler
Drive towards Whistler, stopping briefly at Shannon Falls, a stunning 481-meter-high waterfall. Continue to Whistler, an alpine village nestled beneath the majestic Blackcomb Mountains. Explore this iconic year-round mountain destination, home to Whistler Blackcomb, North America’s largest ski resort. Known for its glamour, youthful energy, and adventurous spirit, Whistler offers plenty to see and do.
Enjoy free time wandering through Whistler Village at your own pace lunch on own. Take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride for breathtaking views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-capped mountains.
Visit The Capilano Bridge. Appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exciting new Cliff Walk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889. While the wobbly bridge and stunning location is a Vancouver landmark
Later, return to Vancouver for dinner at your leisure and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Vancouver To Kamloops
After breakfast, visit Flyover Canada, a thrilling virtual flight over Canada’s most stunning sights. (Children must be at least 102 cm / 40" tall.)
Enjoy a guided Vancouver city tour, seeing highlights like Stanley Park, Gastown, and the Steam Clock.
After lunch on own drive to Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops, located in the historic land of the Secwepemc people. Free time to explore the resort. Dinner at your own expense, Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 4: Kamloops > Jasper
After a hearty breakfast, check out of the hotel and set off for Jasper. Today’s journey takes you across a new time zone as you travel through some of Canada’s most stunning landscapes. Marvel at the sight of Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies, standing majestically along your route.
Follow the scenic Yellowhead Highway, winding alongside the Thompson River and offering spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains.
End the day with a delicious dinner at a local restaurant on your own before settling in for an overnight stay at hotel in Hinton.

Day 5: Jasper > Columbia Icefield > Banff
After breakfast at the hotel, continue your tour of the Canadian Rockies with a full-day journey to Banff via the scenic Icefields Parkway.
Stop for a quick photo at Athabasca Falls.
Visit the Glacier Discovery Centre along Hwy 93. Here, board an Ice Explorer bus onto the Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk on ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick. Then take the shuttle to the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk, suspended 280 m (919 ft) over the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of glaciers and rugged mountain peaks.
Stop at Peyto Lake (time permitting) en route to Banff National Park.
Later, enjoy free time to explore Banff town. Dinner at a restaurant in Banff on own , then check in at your hotel in Canmore.

After breakfast, proceed to Yoho National Park, known for its towering rock walls, spectacular waterfalls, and 28 peaks over 3,000 meters. The word “Yoho” is a Cree expression of awe and wonder.
First stop at the iconic Lake Louise, a turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Continue exploring Yoho National Park, admiring mountain peaks and wildflowers on an afternoon stroll around Emerald Lake.
Visit the Natural Bridges and witness the power of the Kicking Horse River as it cascades under a naturally formed stone bridge.
Dinner at a restaurant in Banff on own , followed by overnight stay at your hotel in Canmore.

Day 7: Banff > Calgary
After breakfast, head to Calgary.
Visit to the Banff Gondola (optional), taking you to the top of Sulphur Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding six-mountain range. Stop at Lake Minnewanka for photos and scenic views.
Continue with an orientation tour of Calgary city, passing major landmarks and attractions.
Dinner at a restaurant on own, followed by overnight stay at your hotel in Calgary.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport using the hotel’s shuttle service. Arrival / Departure Information:
- Your flight should arrive in Vancouver (Sunday) before 4:00 p.m. to ensure sufficient time for hotel check-in and the evening meet-and-greet.
- Your departing flight should be booked from Calgary International Airport (Sunday), anytime after hotel check-out at 11:00 a.m.
- Airport transfers are not included but may be purchased as an optional add-on. The Calgary hotel offers a complimentary shuttle, subject to schedule and availability.
- Hotel check-in in Vancouver is at 4:00 p.m.; hotel check-out in Calgary is at 11:00 a.m.
- Flights (international or domestic) are not included in this package.

Tour Notes:
- Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
- A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
- For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that may occur at the hotel.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
- Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
- Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
- We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
- The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
- We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
- The passengers are liable to pay for any damage caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying at, on the coach, or at the restaurants and attractions. We will collect the amount before the end of the tour.
- We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
- We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their differences.
- Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
- The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
- Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
- Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
- Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children,
- We will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
- Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
- A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on Double Occupancy and $100 per person will be added to Single Occupancy for all bookings that are confirmed within ten days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels are sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.
- In NO event our company is liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
