Airport Pick-Up Information: Welcome to San Francisco! We provide complimentary airport transfers. Once you reach baggage claim, look for a sign with your name. Important: Please provide a valid roaming or WhatsApp phone number for smooth arrival and departure transfers.

Day 1: San Francisco

Meet your tour manager in the hotel lobby at 7 p.m. to begin the tour. Take a short 10-minute for a dinner on own. A great way to unwind after your journey and meet the rest of the group.

Day 2: San Francisco

After breakfast, explore San Francisco with a Bay Cruise featuring views of the skyline, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy a 3D movie at The Flyer SFO and a guided city tour, including Twin Peaks for great views. After lunch on your own, take a cable car ride (subject to availability). Dinner on your own

Day 3: San Francisco > Fresno

After breakfast, we'll travel from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park (about 3.5 hours) to explore its stunning cliffs, waterfalls, and sequoias. Lunch is on your own. We'll then head to Fresno (about 1.5 hours), checking into the hotel and enjoying dinner on your own along the way. Note that the itinerary may change due to weather or road conditions, possibly omitting Yosemite for safety.

Day 4: Fresno > Los Angeles

After breakfast and check-out, we will head to Los Angeles, with a stop at Tejon Mall for some retail therapy. This popular destination in Southern California offers stores like Michael Kors, Forever 21, and Nike Factory Store, attracting over 14 million visitors annually. Lunch will be on your own. Next, enjoy a guided city tour of Los Angeles. Our expert guide will take you through the bustling streets, including the Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and Rodeo Drive. Don't miss a photo opportunity at a vantage point for the iconic Hollywood sign. End the day with dinner on your own

Day 5: Los Angeles > Las Vegas

After breakfast, spend the day at Universal Studios Hollywood (9 AM–4 PM), a thrilling amusement park with rides, shows, restaurants, shops, and one of the oldest working movie studios. There's something for everyone to enjoy. Lunch on your own.In the afternoon, we'll depart for Las Vegas. After dinner on own . Enjoy free time afterward to explore at your own pace.

Day 6: Las Vegas

This morning, enjoy an included boxed breakfast. Opt for the Grand Canyon tour at your own expense or the day is yours to explore Vegas on your own! Try your luck at the blackjack table, wander through the extravagant lobbies of iconic hotels like the Bellagio, Venetian, or Luxor, or simply unwind by the pool. Your Tour Director will have plenty of exciting suggestions and can recommend top restaurants and shopping hotspots for you to enjoy. Meet your tour manager in the hotel lobby after dinner on your own to explore the famous lights of Las Vegas with a city tour by coach, including stops at the Bellagio Fountains, the iconic 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas' sign, and the Fremont Street Experience, featuring the spectacular Viva Vision Light Show with 12 million LEDs. , followed by an evening on your own to explore Las Vegas.

Day 7: Las Vegas > Home

After breakfast, check out from the hotel (check-out time is 11 a.m.). Transfers will be provided to the airport.

• Mandatory tips - $35 per person, including children. Tips will be collected from tour participants by the tour manager and distributed to the driver and guides. Must be cash and cannot be prepaid.

Tour Notes:

• Please provide a valid roaming / WhatsApp contact number for the passenger that must be provided at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and other needed services.
• Tour manager contact details will be available one week before departure.
• Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
• For individual check-ins, hotels in Vegas will ask for a credit card with the guest's name at check-in for incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC, which will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes 3-4 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel.
• Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
• The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast, if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has two Beds in one room at maximum.)
• Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
• Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities. We will notify you of hotel changes.
• For all passengers' comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: one carry-on and One International-sized suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
• For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
• We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel. Seating Arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
• The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
• The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
• If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant's guidelines.
• We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
• A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
• We are not equipped to assist any special needs and wheelchair passengers on this tour.
• We are not responsible for lost Valuables, Travel documents, or other belongings. We request that passengers take care of their personal belongings.
• We are not liable for any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.
• We will not give any refund for No show.
• We will cover the Hotel Room + Tax and Breakfast (if applicable). All Incidental additional room service and any damage are to be charged to the Guest's credit card.
• The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, we will provide No monetary compensation.
• We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through ourselves. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours are not purchased through us, we will not provide any assistance with that service.
• In case of Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. We will provide No monetary compensation.
• The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed. However, in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control—such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities—to the extent that such circumstances occur, the same Hotel cannot be provided. Tours Limited will provide a similar Hotel. However, we will not offer any monetary compensation.
